About the qualification

Studying New CLAiT leads to the accredited OCR Level 1 Certificate / Diploma for IT Users, which helps your pupils to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of this subject.

In order to successfully achieve a qualification, your pupils will need to complete a series of practice Activities as they work through each Session of the course, which they’ll send to you through the v-mail system on vision2learn. Completion of these practice Activities will help you to assess the pupil’s progress and understanding. At the end of each Unit of the course, pupils will complete a final Assessment, which can either be set by the School or based on an OCR-set assignment. A certificate will be awarded on successful completion of these final Assessments.
