New units added

Vision2learn for schools’ popular Essential IT Skills courses have expanded at Levels 1 and 2 with the addition of more units.

Our Essential IT Skills (Levels 1 and 2) courses enable students to build up a flexible qualification that provides them with core skills in IT literacy. It also helps equip them for further study or the workplace. Optional units allow qualifications to be tailored to suit pupils’ learning needs and capabilities.

Essential IT Skills Level 1 now benefits from the addition of the following units:

• IT Communication Fundamentals, worth 2 credits
• Using the Internet, worth 3 credits
• IT User Fundamentals, worth 3 credits.

Essential IT Skills Level 2 has had the following unit added:

• IT Communication Fundamentals, worth 2 credits
